Vera Inkjet Inc. ("Vera", "we") operates colorvantage.com. This notice explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and how you can reach us about it.

What we collect:
When you use the contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, company name, phone number and message. When you use the "Submit a Support Request" button, a Google Form collects your contact details, equipment and product information, a description of the issue, and any files you choose to attach. Our website provider also records standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type, and uses cookies needed for the site to work.

Why we collect it:
We use your information only to respond to your inquiry or support request and, if you ask, to follow up about ColorVantage products, samples or partnership. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it goes:
Contact form submissions are stored on our website platform (Wix) and sent by email to our support team at support@verajet.com. Support requests are stored in Google Forms. Wix and Google may store this information on servers outside Quebec and outside Canada. Only Vera staff who handle inquiries have access to it.

How long we keep it:
We keep inquiry and support records for as long as needed to respond and for up to 24 months afterwards, then delete them, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your rights:
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to its use. Write to us at support@verajet.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
